I Shih tzhu not....

'Disabled' Nextdoor's dogs barking continuously for three hours.

Me: "Steve - the dogs have been howling non-stop again. It is literally driving me mad."

'Disabled' Nextdoor: "Yeaaaaaah.. sorry. It's the breed. The shih tzu breed is known for being needy and suffer anxiety when they are left alone. We were down the stables all morning."

Me: "Why dont you take the dogs to the stables for a run around and some fresh air? They wont be alone then"

'Disabled': "Naaaah we cant. They bark too much. P*sses everyone off..."
